The Fortune and Money Group’s Consumer Marketing Team was tasked with exploring the CNNMoney.com “Member Center,” the personalized log-in only area for consumers, and overfull consumer-facing functionality of the CNNMoney.com sites. By analyzing the current site and cross referencing the site with sites in the same category and their functionality, the team made recommendations including additional functionality such as sign-in menu drop-downs and a one-stop area for news alerts, newsletter subscription management, and portfolio set-up.
